  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

COMMISSIONS

If your order was custom made to meet your specific requests such as color, size, shape or materials – you may be offered a replacement or refund depending on the artwork due to stocking and resale purposes. In addition, the return shipping policy below applies. Returns are accepted if the art is unsatisfactory with an acceptable reason such as damage (to be determined) or color variances not matching a sample or it is defective. If you are unsatisfied with the artwork, please notify me first. The reason for return will be reviewed and if accepted we will refund the full amount excluding shipping charges (see return shipping details below). If you are returning it because of a size that was misinterpreted, or a reason other than the overall appearance the refund may not be accepted. It is up to you to read the dimensions, review the colors and measure your space.

RETURN SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning artwork for reasons other than damage or defect including the original shipping charges when initially purchased. When returning artwork, the artwork must be returned in it’s original condition. The artwork must also be shipped within 14 days. You may be asked for tracking information or proof of shipment. If you cannot provide proof of shipment for the artwork upon request within 14 days, the refund will not be issued and you will be required to keep the artwork. Refunds are issued once the artwork is received. For international orders, the damage will be reviewed and a refund/replacement will be offered. If damage is very minor, a return may not be accepted and a partial refund may be offered depending on the issue.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

Please allow the agreed time for creation and delivery of your new art. If the art arrives damaged please KEEP all original packaging and broken parts. Pictures of these things will most likely be required for a replacement or refund. If you receive your artwork damaged due to shipping, I will send you a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund. But you will need to send pictures of all original packaging and parts. You may need to send the artwork back to me at my expense upon request. Specific international orders may or may not receive a full refund depending on the damage due to the high shipping cost. Since damage to the artwork is mostly out of my control, I cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement in the case of an international damaged item. For international items, if you decide to return the item it will be at your expense. If you decide to keep it, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the damage.

Payment

For commissioned work, there is a deposit required per your invoice or written/verbal agreement or request from the artist. Work will not begin unless the deposit is paid and will not be delivered to you until the work is paid for in full. If you decide to cancel an order, cancellations must be initiated within 2 days of the order. For commissioned projects, you will need to contact us to resolve the issue and determine a cost based on how much of the work has been completed by the artist.
